Cordon-Bleu with french fries & vegetables
Cordon-Bleu
Ingredients
4 x 160 g | Pork kidney slices |
4 Tranches | Shoulder of ham à 30g |
4 x 50 g | Raclette Cheese |
some | Meat Seasoning |
Whole eggs | |
White flour | |
Breadcrumbs | |
4 Slices | Lemon |
Preparation
Cover the tranches of ham with raclette and roll it. Open the pork with a butterfly cut and plat it. Put the ham-raclette-rolls on one side of the pork and close it. Season it with the seasoning and cover it with breadcrumbs.
Let it sauté until it’s golden-brown.
French fries

Stucki fries seasoning |
Preparation
Fry the french fries and season it with Stucki’s Seasoning.
Vegetables
Ingredients
150 g | Carrots |
150 g | Beans |
150 g | Aspargus |
150 g | Cherry tomatoes |
150 g | Broccoli |
50 g | Butter |
Salt & pepper |
Preparation
Cut the vegetables in small pieces and pre cook it. Simmer it with butter in a frying pan.
Arrange the plates and decorate it with lemon and herbs.
