Cordon-Bleu with french fries & vegetables
|4 x 160 g||Pork kidney slices|
|4 Tranches||Shoulder of ham à 30g|
|4 x 50 g||Raclette Cheese|
Cover the tranches of ham with raclette and roll it. Open the pork with a butterfly cut and plat it. Put the ham-raclette-rolls on one side of the pork and close it. Season it with the seasoning and cover it with breadcrumbs.
Let it sauté until it’s golden-brown.

Fry the french fries and season it with Stucki’s Seasoning.
|150 g||Cherry tomatoes|
|Salt & pepper|
Cut the vegetables in small pieces and pre cook it. Simmer it with butter in a frying pan.
Arrange the plates and decorate it with lemon and herbs.
