Strawberry-rhubarb cake
Recipe for 4 people / 8 cakes

Ingredients
80 g | fresh ruhbarb |
150 g | strawberries |
60 g | sunflower oil |
1 Tbsp | milk |
90 g | sugar |
130 g | natural joghurt |
170 g | flour |
1/2 | vanilla stalks |
1 pinch | salt |
1 Tbsp | baking powder |
Preparation
Mix oil, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla with joghurt. Add the baking powder, salt and flour.
Wash and cut the strawberries and rhubarb.
Add half of the fruits to the mass and fill it in muffin tins. Add the rest of the fruits.
Bake it in the oven at 165° C in the middle of the oven for 25 – 30 minutes and let it bake golden brown. Powder it with icing sugar.
